Mastermind Groups

Real growth doesn't happen alone — it happens in the room (or on the Zoom call) with people who are willing to be honest about where they are and courageous about where they're headed.

Empower You Coachsulting's Mastermind Groups are small, virtual, book-based learning communities built around proven leadership and personal growth content — primarily from John Maxwell and the Maxwell Leadership library. Each group typically runs for 8 weeks, meets weekly on Zoom, and is capped at 8 participants, so every voice is heard and every person is known.

This isn't a lecture series. Each week centers on a chapter (or multiple chapters) of the group's chosen book, paired with a participant workbook that turns the content into real reflection and application — not just information, but change you can point to. You'll process the material alongside people on the same journey, talk honestly about what's actually going on in your life and leadership, and leave each session with something concrete to carry into your week.

What to expect:

8 weekly sessions (typically) - live via Zoom
Small group — capped at 8 participants — for real connection and accountability
A chosen book plus a participant workbook (book purchased separately)
Facilitated discussion, not a lecture — your story matters as much as the author's
